I have used this problem solving strategy training for many years to help my students with behavior problems, emotional issues, recess conflicts, schoolwork or homework issues, and more.
The lessons and graphic organizers are presented at 2 levels, one with picture prompts for younger students or students who are developmentally delayed, the other in checklist form for older students, including adults with more sophisticated vocabulary and reasoning. The color version can be used as a poster or laminated for a dry erase planner. Print multiple copies of the grayscale version for students to complete as part of your normal behavior or to teach problem-solving techniques.
