Multiplying Madness game is a fun, strategy game where players try to make a row of 5 horizontally, vertically, or diagonally while practicing multiplication facts on a times grid. Players need to check for other factors, block other players, take extra turns, and lose turns. Yet the rules are easy to learn. Special 12-sided dice and spotters are included! Or use plastic polyhedral dice and counting chips. 5 pages.
If you are a homeschool, Multiplying Madness is a great game for Fun Friday or to get your kids to practice over and over and over again! If you are a math tutor, our folder games are easy to transport and make your academic therapy sessions fun with intensive drill practice. Classroom teachers love our games for math centers.
NOTE: This is one of my students’ favorite games; however, it often takes longer than our typical 15 minute limit. It’s worth it, though! Make enough copies for pairs or small groups to play and take half of class time to practice instead of worksheets! If you laminate the game, you can use it over and over again for years.
