Hip Hop Hooray! is an easy game in the format of a modified go fish game with a fun twist where players can show their own cool hip hop moves! Kids need lots of practice decoding short vowel words with -ck, -dge, and -tch endings. Players take 5 word cards. Word cards cover all 5 short vowels and endings of -ck, -dge, and -tch. Roll a die and set down vowel matches on the game board. The first player to lay down all of the cards in their hand is the winner! This file has 11 pages with word cards that can be used to play other games, like Go Fish or Memory!
