To use the game, copy the cover with directions, the game boards, and the colorful spotters. The game boards and spotters work best if printed on white cardstock. Laminate any or all if you wish.

To play, each player gets a game board and a regular 6-sided die. Players take turns rolling a die, reading a word in the row that matches the number rolled, and covering it with a spotter. The first player to cover a whole row wins.

To make task cards or a literacy center activity, print the two Sorting Card Pages, laminate. Print the Word Cards, laminate, and cut out. Students can sort the words according to the type of consonant blends. The sorting pages can be used as worksheets for homeschool assignments or homework if you prefer. More ideas are provided in the Teacher Instructions for kinesthetic activities.

To use the multisensory practice pages, provide playdough or pipe cleaners for students to roll out or bend to build the words. Have the students
